Component Break-down:


Anodized Aluminum Housing:

- Pre-treated with anodized finish making surface virtually impenetrable to corrosion keeping a high luster finish for years.
- Anodization processes also make possible the permanent coloration to almost any color.


Magnet
:

- I.D. 7.9mm, O.D. 13.9mm, t=3.0mm
- N35 Neodymium “Rare Earth” grade.
- Coated in both zinc (inner) and epoxy (outer) finish for corrosion and salt resistance.
- Adhered to housing via Aaron Alpha Type 412 XZ cyanoacrylate.
- Will virtually never lose its strength under normal working conditions.
- Up to 1000x stronger than conventional ferrite magnets of same dimension.
- Tested to hold SnapCapsTM in place at speeds of 218mph (351km/hr).


Threaded Washer:


- I.D. 7.6mm, O.D. 13.5mm, t= 2.0mm
- Threaded ISO Standard 10475:1992(E) 8V1 (DIN Vg8) 7.685mm p=0.794
- (High ferocity) Steel construction.
- Nickel plated for ultimate corrosion resistance.

General:


- SnapCapsTM use patent pending technology to provide a far easier, hassle free approach to accessing your tire valve stem.
- When removed for air pressure adjustment you can handily adhere SnapCapsTM to your fender.
- SnapCapsTM will not fly off of your tire valve stem far beyond any highway speeds (tested up to 351 km/hr, 218mph).
- SnapCapsTM will endure any trauma endured with serious off-road activity.
- Low tire pressure results in fuel economy loss of up to 20% and is a result of  peoples reluctance to service their tires.  SnapCapsTM make valve access far easier, cleaner and less time and labor consuming.

- Place one threaded washer onto valve stem right up to hub.
- If washer threads off of valve stem hub, remove and place thin gage spacer washer on first.
- If this occurs again, repeat using thick gage washer.
- Care should be taken to use the minimum amount of washers that will allow threaded washer to tighten to valve stem.

- Visser une rondelle filetée sur la tige de la valve jusqu’au moyeu.
- S’il n’ya pas assez de filet pour sécuriser la rondelle en place, ajouter des séparateurs jusqu'à ce que la rondelle reste sur les filets de la tige.
- Attention, utiliser le minimum possible de séparateurs.

- Coloque una arandela y enrósquela sobre el tallo de la válvula, derecho hacia el cubo.
- Si la arandela se enrosca más allá del tallo del cubo, quite y coloque la medida delgada espaciadora en la arandela primero.
- Si esto ocurre otra vez, repita utilizando la arandela de medida gruesa.
- Debe ser cuidadoso de utilizar la mínima cantidad de arandelas, que le permitirá enroscor la arandela para apretar la válvula.
